Basic Program
- Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) guided site Assessment (all buildings including District Office building)
- Drone aerial imagery of all buildings and immediate area for assessment purposes
- Comprehensive Report with recommendations providing:
- current best practices
- budget mindful recommendations
- images of identified areas when possible
- with actionable solutions, never product boasting
- Assessment areas of focus include:
- radio availability
- camera options and angles
- emergency kits/ materials
- exit doors / entry area
- locking mechanisms
- evacuation routes and rally points
- PA system with announcement clarity and reach
- current first responder available resources with locations for lock boxes and weather-resistant maps
- floor map check for accuracy
- staff training levels in emergency situations (CPR certified, First Aid trained, etc.)
- internal premises, external perimeter and all areas within identified and checked

Intermediate Program
All service in Basic Program plus:
2x: 2-hour training sessions for ALL staff
(including faculty, para-professionals, maintenance, building & grounds, IT, transportation, cafeteria, substitute staff... etc.) to include:

- one 2-hr situational awareness training to strengthen the highest value assets inside any building, the people.
- one 2-hr training to cover current best practices for lockdown procedures (or workshop of choice).
- conducted assembly style
- training is per building
2-hour Interactive Workshop to practice emergency response actions in a supportive, zero-stress environment with the goal to ask questions and work out any room specific or infrastructure challenges.
- conducted in each district building, scenario-based, and designed for safety team members plus other interested staff members
2x: 1-hour Tabletop Exercise to verbally simulate knowledge and efficiency of best practices, role specific actions and identify any plan challenges.

2-hour training session designed for Administrators to include:
- policies and procedures governing emergency response protocols
- staff assignments during drills and emergency operations
- reunification sites, access and necessary transportation
- memorandum of understanding set up and overview
- evacuation routes, planning and rally points
4x: 1-hour Quarterly Follow-up Meetings
- check in on all ongoing safety assessments and projects
- to be conducted virtually unless otherwise requested
- update team members as needed post meeting
Follow-up on recommendations from Assessment in Basic Program.
Advanced Program
Basic and Intermediate Programs plus:
- Review / Revise / Update all Building-Level Emergency Response Plans
- Create a user-friendly, team focused, building specific plan for all required drills
- Maintain oversight of Assessment (Basic Program) action points and follow through with approved recommendations
2x: Building-Level Safety Team meetings to include:
- facilitating and managing a personalized agenda with action steps
- opportunity for training to enhance team awareness and cover related safety practices
1x: District-Level Safety Team Meeting to include:
- coordinating with local first responder agencies to incorporate a whole community approach
- collaborating with community leaders to ensure foundational relationship is built before any critical incident ever happens.
- 2x: Faculty Meeting Trainings to ensure information is fresh and stays relevant (30 day advanced notice required for planned faculty training)
- Tracking and monitoring of all action steps discussed with ongoing consulting assistance for any roadblocks that pop up.
In-District Coordinator
An in-district subject matter expert to:
- prioritize Safety training and actions in each building
- restructure all Emergency Plans
- act as a district liaison between law enforcement agencies, community stakeholders, EMS and FIRE representatives • facilitator proper training for all staff as needed with open availability • collaborate on contracts and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) where appropriate & helpful
- maintain a working record of actionable items and keep checking off items
- continuous district support for all safety projects and concerns
